Nursery
A staffed nursery is available for children ages 3 and under. The nursery has toys, infant swings, cribs, couches, educational Christian videos, a changing table and a television with a broadcast of the service. Parents are also welcome to keep their children with them during the service and use the nursery equipment whenever necessary.
Jr. Church
During the Sunday morning worship service, children ages 4-12 are invited to attend a Junior Church program during the sermon. The children participate in a class where the bible is opened and brought to life through stories, activities, life applications and games. Our team of volunteer teachers are well grounded in the Word and excited to work with the children. We believe we are raising the next generation for Jesus.
Sacred Dance
Also, Sacred Dance is available for youth and adults ages 5 and up to participate in.

At New Hope, “Our mission is to bring new hope, through the grace and peace of Jesus Christ, to the local campuses, our communities, and countries around the world.”
As our Global Outreach Team considers that undertaking, we aim to identify, encourage and send out those who feel called into the mission field. That mission field may be either here in our country or beyond into the global community that is ever so dear to the heart of the Father. The scripture in Ephesians 3:15 states that He is the Father “from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name.” So we take the sending process quite seriously. But we also see ourselves as a supporting agency that encourages missionaries already in the mission field. In either case, we are looking to support the advancement of God’s kingdom through the declaration that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of the Father.
The Global Outreach Team meets quarterly.

Small Groups are a great place to meet others and grow in a relationship with God. They typically consist of a Bible study, prayer, community building, and outreach. That is our desire – to grow closer to one another in this time of fellowship with one another in Jesus Christ and to extend this fellowship to others.

resources
The library is a tremendous resource for anyone who wants to grow in faith. The books are organized into categories so it is easy for just about anyone to find a book that fits their interests. It is our intent that the library will be available not only for New Hope, but also for all Christians in the Potsdam area. All books are free for anyone to borrow.
